Claire

Claire had her 6 month check up yesterday! Yikes, where is the time going??? She is healthy and happy! Her 2 bottom teeth appeared 2 weeks ago, she is rolling over from back to tummy, and she is enjoying rice cereal, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes!!!! I did her hair Pebble style the other day! Grandma, the last photo is her sleeping with her new blankie!! Thanks! What a sweet baby! God has really blessed this family!

The project is underway!

The project is going well! Baby steps!!!! The boys are enjoying all of the mud that is involved, along with water filled trenches. They play so well together at times, it is almost as though they are friends! Claire became all tuckered out yesterday watching her daddy shovel! Samuel and Benjamin simply have a super hero each. I was elbow deep in wet, crushed stone! We are enjoying the journey, that is for sure! I am going to be sad when the project is through, but will sit back and remember each moment!!

Another Meyer project!

If you know anything about this Meyer family, you would not be surprised to hear that we are on the cusp of yet another project adventure! We love our projects! The newest, stone work! We are building a dry stack stone wall around our property and laying down a few stone pathways. Right now we have 27,000 pounds of stone in our driveway!!! It is always a family affair so I will be posting pictures of our progress.

First Timer

This is my first time blogging! I have been dragging my feet on welcoming certain technology into our home. But alas, here we are! These posting are an attempt to stay connected with family and friends. Long gone are phone conversations and letters. In their place, email (which I have recently been told are a thing of the past as well!!!), blogs, texts, skype etc. (I am sure there are more that I have not yet heard of!) So.............here we go!!!!
